The motor inside this unit features up to 2000 watts of peak output power, allowing it to grind even the toughest cuts of meat without bogging down. The patented quad air cooling design keeps the motor ultra-cool, virtually doubling the life of the product.
The Complete STX Turboforce II "Platinum Edition" Electric Meat Grinder Package includes a 2000-watt main grinding unit, three stainless steel cutting blades, five sizes of tempered steel grinding plates, a sausage stuffing plate, a set of three sizes of sausage stuffing tubes with an adapter, a kubbe (also known as a kibbe) attachment, a pair of meat shredder claws, a burger-slider patty maker press, and a palm press meat pusher/stuffer. This size #12 grinder has a 2-5/8" diameter output for grinding and a 2" diameter feeding tube, allowing it to grind up to 225 lbs of meat per hour on high speed.
The new improvements and additions that make up the "Platinum Edition" Turboforce II Meat Grinder include a high-capacity meat tray, a burger-slider press with waxed transfer sheets, and two durable meat claws for shredding, handling, and carving meat. The grinding head is made of 100% polished cast aluminum, not coated, and the three stainless steel cutting blades are manufactured from 304 food-grade stainless steel. The six grinding plates, including a sausage stuffing plate, should be washed by hand with a mild liquid dish washing detergent and stored in a dry place.
The Platinum Edition additions also include a set of three sizes of sausage stuffing tubes with an adapter and a kubbe (kibbe) attachment for traditional Middle Eastern dishes. The new style meat pusher allows for easy stuffing of raw meat into the grinder, and the parts can be stored inside the pusher for convenience.
